SYR are a fast-growing recruitment consultancy operating within the luxury marine and superyacht sectors. Established in 2021 the business has enjoyed an exceptional start and we are already a team of four, looking to expand further through the hiring of a Social Media/Marketing Executive to join us and build our online and offline marketing presence through a series of campaigns and projects. Within the role of Social Media & Marketing Executive, you will be working closely with all members of the team to build annual and monthly marketing strategies and creating unique and engaging content for use on social media and through various industry press. Main duties for the role will include: - Regular interaction with all members of the team to understand the business language, our goals and how best to market us as a whole and as individuals - Devising a monthly and annual marketing strategy that will tell the brand story, using a host of different styles of marketing, both for social media and for external publications - Creation of engaging content using digital tools such as Photoshop and others. This could include photo, video, infographic and more - Monitoring site traffic and engagement with market to understand ROI - Working on unique and one-off projects around key shows and events The ideal person for the role will have the following skills and experience - A degree qualification in marketing or similar - An understanding of the marine or luxury industries, ideally with either internship or less than two years experience - A creative mind.
