The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with a background in the beauty or fashion sector. The ideal candidate will be an expert in social, that lives and breathes it - with a great understanding of all social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. The Social Media Manager will create compelling social content for our audience and will manage our communities across our existing channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the business as we increase our investment in marketing with social playing a leading role. You’ll be working with and reporting to our COO & MD, with support from our graphic design team and the rest of the organization.

The Candidate

• 3+ years of professional social media experience, with a demonstrable track record of creating great social content

• Outstanding knowledge of social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest with an understanding of the constantly changing algorithms to ensure maximum reach and engagement

• An expert in managing and growing social communities, engaging with our fans and followers to strengthen brand affinity

• Experience in identifying, selecting, and working with influencers and content creators across various channels

• Ability to report on social media performance, making actionable recommendations using the data,

• Great interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence others at all levels of the business

• A born creative with the ability to come up with innovative content ideas and bring them to life

• Experience with the Adobe Suite or other content production software

• Understanding of paid social would be an advantage
