  • Lead and manage the social media marketing team

  • Monitor and analyse social media trends and their impact on the brand
  • Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content across various social media platforms
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
  • Handle social media crises and negative reviews or comments
  • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations regarding social media use
  • Plan and oversee the budget for all social media programmes

Profile

A successful Social Media Manager should have:
