- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and manage social media content calendar, including planning, scheduling, and posting content across various platforms
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities to engage with the audience
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
