We Are Nameless is a rapidly growing and privately owned specialist automotive marketing agency based in Braunston on the Northamptonshire / Warwickshire border. With a growing client base ranging from exciting new automotive start-ups to major global OEM brands, we are looking to expand our team with a Social Media Executive to support key clients.

We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive meaningful interactions. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with our brand objectives and target audience across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging and compelling content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and graphics, to drive brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and promote our products or services.
• Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and engage with our audience in a meaningful way to foster positive relationships and brand loyalty.
• Conduct research on current trends, competitor activities, and relevant topics to generate content ideas and stay up to date with the latest social media best practices.
• Track and analyse key performance metrics and social media analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platforms, tools, and technologies to identify new opportunities and propose innovative strategies to enhance our social media presence.
• Assist in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budget allocation, ad creation, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image across social media platforms.
• Keep abreast of relevant industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in social media communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Proficiency in using social media management and scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools.
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and campaign management.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Sound knowledge of the English language
• A passion and interest in automotive (ideally cars and motorcycles)
• The willingness to ‘get stuck in’ and assist across other projects
