The Role

  • As a member of the Content team, you will play an integral role in helping them to drive forward their Content Department.
  • They are looking for someone with their finger on the pulse; who keeps up with digital marketing trends and can bring new ideas to the table, be it new content platforms or formats that will help their clients’ performance.
  • You will be responsible for delivering content strategies for a wide range of clients in sectors including logistics, education, technology and retail.
  • You will also work closely and collaboratively with teams across the business, including Client Services, Digital and Creative.
  • The role is varied and includes copywriting, content planning, social media management, proofreading and strategy.
  • They believe that a strategic approach to developing content is the key to creating truly engaging and effective marketing campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
  • They are looking for someone with a creative mind, strategic skills and a keen eye for detail.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Delivering and managing content strategies for a range of clients across all platforms, making recommendations to both internal teams and external clients
  • Content and campaign planning, liaising directly with clients for approval as required
  • Creating content that is flexible, agile, on-brand and effective at telling our clients’ stories
  • Copywriting across a variety of mediums, including print and digital
  • Leading paid social media strategies and campaigns
  • Measuring and reporting on campaigns, providing insights for future strategies
  • Running training programmes for clients who need support in content services, including community management
  • Creating tone of voice and messaging guidelines as part of branding work
  • Proofreading content and identifying opportunities for improvement / restructure
  • Keeping up with industry trends and new developments to maximise on opportunities

Skills and Expertise

  • A demonstrated passion for social media marketing, copywriting and creative communications
  • Excellent literacy, spelling and grammar
  • A flair for creative writing
  • An ability to adapt writing to a variety of different ‘tone of voice’ guidelines
  • High attention to detail
  • A strategic and growth mind-set

Qualifications
