The Role

The newly-formed Incubeta Global Marketing team consists of three people currently, and they work to support local teams around the world in our 16 international offices.

Based in our London office, your main responsibilities will be to create social media, Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and external communication campaigns that can be implemented globally. You’ll use social media reporting and analytics tools to ensure our strategic approach to communication remains targeted and effective, draft social media and KOL materials including toolkits, posts and reports.

Internally, you will drive employee advocacy through internal communications such as podcasts and newsletters.

You’ll work with local markets to understand their cultural differences to ensure all campaigns are relevant and work closely with the relevant marketing, PR, brand, event and creative teams to ensure we are telling consistent integrated stories that successfully develop the reputation and awareness of Incubeta within the media and to consumers.

Package

Incubeta pay industry benchmarked salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path. We also offer additional performance related bonus, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.
