We work with some of the UK’s most interesting brands and we’re looking for a Social Media Account Manager to come and join us. Armbands optional.

The Part You’ll Play…

We are currently looking for an experienced Social Media Account Manager to join our great team of specialists. This award winning team is fully integrated within the wider agency and will offer you the opportunity to work with one of the UK’s best loved Retail brands. The client have ambitious plans for their Social Media activity and you’ll play a key role in bringing this to life.

As Social Media Account Manager you will be responsible for devising Social Media strategies for clients, utilising the wealth of tools and platforms at our disposal. You’ll have the opportunity to utilise your creative skills to ensure our clients lead the conversation online, whilst also managing significant Social advertising budgets. A keen relationship builder, you’ll manage several key clients whilst also building effective internal relationships with the wider agency departments including our Digital Media, Creative and Production teams.

As Social Media Account Manager You’ll Bring…

• Experience operating at a similar level within a dedicated Social Media role. Agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Experience of Social community management and Content creation (copywriting, creative thinking and design software).

• Analytics experience, understanding reporting, digital performance metrics and capable of identifying marketing trends from data (Social Insights tools, Google Analytics)

• Excellent client management skills and the ability to work collaboratively

• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
