We are looking for an Insurance Account Handler, to work with our growing pool of SMEs.You will be joining a well-established national insurance broker based in Melton Mowbray.

As an SME Account Handler you will be responsible for dealing with a broad range of small and medium sized clients to ensure that the team can carry on pushing forward to win and retain more clients in the region.

Ideally we are looking for someone with SME Insurance experience, but would also love to talk to successful Personal Lines Account Handlers, who are ready to take the next step into SME.

The role will involve;
  • Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products
  • Ensuring documentation and systems are accurate
  • Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels
Your Experience
  • Ideally youll be experienced in SME Insurance although as mentioned were happy to consider candidates with a strong Personal Lines experience.
  • A clear communicator who can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable in dealing with customer enquiries via phone, face to face and email
  • Highly motivated and a team player
