Key Responsibilities*

  • To help support all new production and warehousing staff into the business by way of ensuring training is delivered by the appropriate colleague
  • Support staff with upskilling who move around the business and track their training
  • Contributing to the creation and design of SOP’s and skills training documentation
  • Support with the ongoing development of company H&S documentation including risk assessments
  • Reviewing and updating training checklists for staff across the business
  • Understand the importance of health, safety and compliance and be an advocate of this in driving behaviours
  • Act as the conduit between staff and the H&S and L&D departments
  • Provide a proactive, efficient and effective general administrative support
  • Working in various areas of the business to help develop staff skills, knowledge and experience of production and warehousing
  • Conduct job safety analysis
