About the role


Balfour Beatty are recruiting for a Skilled Operative to join their team at Blackburn Hospital.

The operative will be required to carry out general snagging duties in occupied building such as residential developments, schools and hospitals.

What you’ll be doing


As a Skilled Operative the type of works you will be undertaking are as follows;

  • rectifying general joinery
  • painting
  • roofing
  • flooring
  • dry-wall defects
  • PFP defects

Who we’re looking for


Skills/requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of all disciplines described above
  • Punctual
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Courteous to the general public
  • Basic knowledge of IPAD use
  • Basic knowledge of BIM 360 Field
  • PFP Training/Fire Stopping experience
