Private developer are looking for a Site/Project Manager who has a proven track record delivering as a no.1 a new build social housing project consisting of 81 units that range from 1 bedroom apartments to 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. As the lead on the project you will be responsible for the delivery of the scheme along with an assistant Site Manager where your main core duties and responsibilities will be to manage and supervise full compliment of subcontract packages from groundwork’s through to internal finishings that the level of work completed is up to standard and ideally snag free, manage and deliver programme on time, deal with any material, plant and labour requisitions to ensure that hand overs are completed within timescales and within budget constraints. You will also be responsible for overseeing all on site Health & Safety including liaison with NHBC and Local Authority representatives. Previous experience working on timber frame projects would be a distinct advantage but not essential but a proven track record delivering new build residential developments will be required. Current SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement as without these no application will be considered, this role will initially be on freelance to permanent basis
