Our client is seeking a Site Operations Supervisor working directly with the business owner to manage their site based on the Wirral. Hours are flexible to work 30-40 hours a week, the site is open 7 days a week so you can choose the working hours that suit you and business. . Salary £25k negotiable DOE.

Duties Will Include
  • Oversee all departments of the site delivering the company vision.
  • Lead from the front delivering word class customer service and customer experiences.
  • Inspire your team to deliver targets set.
  • Maximise all revenues for all departments of the business
  • Work closely with the owner completing projects set in the time frames given.
  • Staff Training - Deliver engaging training to the staff in groups and on an individual level
  • Marketing - Be creative and pro-active promoting the facility across all platforms.
  • Work with our 3rd party marketing agency keeping our websites up to date
  • Social Media - Deliver marketing campaigns/ relative messages keeping our followers engaged. Increase our followers, engagement and reviews.
  • Working closely with our onsite partners to
maximising each other’s potential.
  • Establish the site as a key part of the community and raise the profile.
  • Carry out all staff reviews monthly, quarterly and annually
Skills
  • Pro-active Attitude
  • An eye for detail
  • Creative mind set coming up with your own ideas
  • Experience using retail XPOS till software and handling daily/ weekly banking procedures.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Mailchimp Marketing, SMS Software, Proven management experience of a team
