My client is a long-established modular construction specialist. They are seeing a very healthy period and subsequently have a full order book.

I need a Site Manager who can join the business on a temp to perm basis. The initial project is in Scarborough and accommodation can be provided if necessary.

For this opportunity it is essential that you have at least 5 years Site Management experience and will also need to have worked specifically with modular buildings and have the knowledge to manage projects on a stand alone basis.

You could come from either a construction or carpentry/fit-out background-both are equally as useful in this niche sector.

On offer is a decent salary and package or equivalent daily rate along with the opportunity to join a successful and respected business where employees are treated well and staff turnover is low.

You will also need a CSCS card and SMSTS will also be useful. You will be CRB checked for this role so if you have already been checked this helps with timescales- projects can be on schools/hospitals so the check is necessary.
