My client is a leading contractor who is currently looking for an Experienced freelance site manager to join the team for an initial period of 13 weeks in Telford starting in September.

The ideal candidate will be Health and Safety orientated eith excellent communication skills as they will be overseeing the sub-contractors working on concrete/drainage.

The Successful Candidate Will
  • Have excellent communication skills both with the client and sub-contractors
  • Supervise and schedule all sub contractors and labour
  • Ensure all health & safety is adhered to at all times
  • Schedule materials
  • Fill in daily diaries
  • Ensure the project is running on time and within budget
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
  • Have experience in a similar role
