Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a SMSTS Site Manager for a 9 month construction project based in Ilford. The job is due to start around end of July 2022.

About The Job
  • Construction of a new small/medium size commercial building.
  • Overseeing all aspects of the build from coming out the ground to the finished product to hand to client.
  • Organising all trades & labour.
  • Dealing with materials & deliveries etc.
  • RAMS.
  • Health & Safety.
  • 7.30am - 5.30pm.
  • £250 / £300 per day depending on experience - CIS / Ltd / PAYE payment options available.
About You
  • We are looking for a strong candidate who has the ability to lead from the front and take on the complete running of the site.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Manager - Must be demonstrated on your CV.
  • Experienced with groundworks & general construction of externals.
  • SMSTS.
  • 1st Aid.
  • Able to get to Ilford on a daily basis.
  • Able to get to Horsham for interview.
