Site Manager - Modular Construction £45000 - £55000 + car allowance Mid-Wales We are currently partnering with an award-winning Modular build contractor who are looking for Site Manager’s and Assistant Site Managers to work on a prestigious government site in the Brecon area of Mid-Wales. THE COMPANY An award-winning Consultancy led Main Contractor who are leading the way in terms of modular build construction and MMC throughout the UK and who are picking up major government contracts which has led to impressive growth in turnover and headcount in the last few years. In line with this growth plan, we are looking to recruit Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to work on a long term government project in Mid-Wales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SITE MANAGER-The Site Manager will be responsible for Health & Safety compliance, site inductions, toolbox talks and ordering materials.
  • The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating sub-contractors and site labour as well as maintaining strong working relationships with the client team and neighbours of the project.
  • The Site Manager will be responsible for quality control and also on-site logistics. SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
  • The Site Manager will ideally hold SMSTS, NVQ 6 CSCS and First Aid at Work.
  • We are looking for a Site Manager with solid experience of working as number one on-site on medium-large scale projects/
