Company Overview: Our client is a privately owned, medium sized contractor undertaking both fit out and refurbishment contracts up to £25m in value. They work within the commercial and education sectors

Position: They are looking for a no.2 site manager to join their team on a £21m commercial refurbishment project in Brighton. You will be the right hand man to the Project manager and will be charged with looking after the internal packages which will include coordinating and motivation the on site trades , inductions and H&S amongst other things

Individual: You will have had previous experience on commercial refurbishment projects as a Site Manager . You will also need valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
