Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established heritage contractor with offices in Cheshire, Manchester, and Birmingham. They specialise in restoring historic buildings with a reputation of delivering some of the most iconic heritage projects in the UK. They are looking for a reputable individual to be a part of their growing team who can assist on a number of projects in and around the area.

The Role

As a Site Manager, you will do the following:
  • Use previous Site Management skills to lead a team
  • Ensure all work is delivered smoothly within tight timeframes
  • Be a knowledgeable point of contact on site
  • Work on 1 large or 2 medium sized heritage/refurb projects
  • Show professionalism and enthusiasm within the team
About You
  • Site management experience on projects worth £3million +
  • Relevant construction qualification or from a trades background
  • Worked on refurbishment projects, preferably within heritage but not essential
  • SMSTS, Black CSCS, First Aid
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a team
  • Reputable and capable individual
  • Open to overnight stays
  • Client facing
