I am currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with a proven background in delivering new build residential projects!

As the site manager for an award winning developer, you will oversee and manager a mediumsize project in Mid Devon. You will be an accomplished manager able to deliver housing units and flats on time and within budget.

You will be accustomed to writing your own building programmes and using relevant project planning software, with an excellent understanding of CDM regs and H & S. You will drive sites forward, ensuring and excellent standard of H & S

Sound commercial understanding is required as well as strong technical skills.You will be passionate about handing over quality units, to ensure customer satisfaction and 5 star customer reviews are given!

Qualifications And Skills Needed
  • Relevant HNC/Degree or equivalent
  • Fist Aid
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card Holder
  • Build programmes
  • Experienced in delivering medium to large scale housing sites
  • Quality over quantity approach
  • Health, Safety and Environmental conscious
  • Motivating manager and team player

Salary, £50k - £55,000 PA plus package and benefits
