We are looking for a Site Manager to start 26/08/2023 in Shetland. FLIGHTS AND ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED. Highly Competitive Day Rate. 10 days on 4 days off. Duties include:
  • Overseeing and managing the project.
  • Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure safe and healthy working environments.
  • Be fully commercially and financially aware.
  • Achieve financial, technical, safety and customer satisfaction targets agreed with the operations director.
  • Uphold company policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
  • Recruitment of both sub-contractors and direct labour
  • Create a culture to enable customer and frontline employee feedback to be reflected in policies and procedures to deliver continuous performance improvement.
  • Provide input to business plans, policies, standards, and network strategies.
  • Conforming with all company policies. Experience/Requirements
  • SMSTS Qualification
  • 5+ years’ experience in construction/civil engineering
