We’re hiring for Site Labourers to join a solar farm in Sleaford, North Kestevenon an ongoing contract. You will be supporting a variety of skilled tradespeople on a new site, and whilst no specific experience is required you will need to demonstrate good practical skills, physical fitness, and have a valid CSCS card.

What’s on offer?

• £453 per week
• Hours of work: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
• 4-5 month ongoing contract
• Immediate starts available
• Weekly pay

What will you be doing as a Site Labourer?

• Providing labour support for the installation engineers and plant operators
• Manual handling of heavy and/or awkward objects
• Using protective equipment and tools in accordance with instructions
• Helping the site team with carrying materials and clearing rubbish

What do you need?

• Valid CSCS card
• Own PPE: hard hat, hi-vis vest & safety boots
• Previous experience in the construction industry or in manual labour is preferred
• Good practical skills in use of hand and power tools
• Organised and able to follow job details and plan own workload
• Self-starter, motivated and able to work with little supervision
• Trustworthy, a team player and reliable
• Physically fitness as the work can be demanding
