I am working alongside a leading civils contractor. They are looking to on-board a site engineer to manage the engineering of an on-going civils and infrastructure package. As the site engineer on site you will be responsible for the setting out and delivery of section 278 works.

Site engineer responsibilities:

  • Setting out in accordance to job specification.
  • Producing and recording As-built surveys.
  • QA checks.
  • RFI’s.
  • Raising permits.
  • Liaising with client.
  • Reporting to Project Manager.
  • Health and Safety compliance.

Site engineer responsibilities:

  • CSCS card.
  • Diploma or Degree in civil engineering or Surveying.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Proficient in Leica TS16.
  • Previous groundworks, drainage, roads and sewers experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
