The Company

A global FM and property management company who actively encourage internal promotion and progression.

The Role

You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electricalbuilding services for an industrial/commercial buildingin Chester.

You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPM’s and first line maintenance of general plumbing and building fabric.

You will be part of a 2 man team on a 40 hour week7am - 3pm (there is flexibility on this)

This contract has just been extended for another 5 years

The Person

It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are qualified electrician with 18th edition.

The Salary

Salary is up to 38,500+ OT +25days holiday + Statsand 3%/5% pension.
