Site Agent required to manage small civils/drainage projects across Kent/East Sussex.

The role will be predominately site-based and working night shifts, however there will be office space available in Maidstone.

A fitness for work medical, SMSTS/SSSTS qualification and CSCS card are essential for this role, other relevant tickets such as 1st Aid/Streetworks etc are preferred.

Particular Experience Required In The Following Areas

The candidate MUST come from a strong civils/drainage background- please do not apply if your experience lies within the building sector, or you do not have at least 5 years experience in an Agent position on your CV.
  • Use of Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint
  • NEC Contracts
  • Maintaining up to date drawing registers and raising/processing TQ’s/RFI’s
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective time management
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Material Sampling
  • Reinforced Concrete
  • Drainage
