As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with whom we would encourage you to engage on a regular basis. You will have access to the firm’s resources and know- how and have the opportunity to be involved in training and development at the Firm.

Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are looking to speak with Banking and Finance consultant lawyers for upcoming client projects. Ideal consultants will have worked at Associate level or above, ideally with a mix of private practice and in house. Additionally, we’re looking for consultants with experience in LIBOR and other regulatory change programs.

Person specification:

  • Qualified Lawyer
  • Trained as a Banking or Regulatory Lawyer at a top tier firm.
  • Experience working in regulatory change projects - including LIBOR, MIFID II, Brexit etc.
  • At least 4 years PQE
  • In house experience within commercia banking, investment banking or asset management (desirable)
