Job Summary:

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced SIA licenced Security Officers/Door Supervisors to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their customers.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and deter security threats, suspicious activities, and unauthorised individuals.

· Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches.

· Perform access control duties, including verifying credentials, checking bags, and controlling entry and exit points as required.

· Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances, and take appropriate action to resolve situations effectively and professionally.

· Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors, addressing enquiries, concerns, and requests with courtesy and respect.

· Complete accurate and detailed incident reports, documenting all security-related activities, observations, and interventions.

· Collaborate effectively with law enforcement, emergency services, and other security personnel when necessary to coordinate responses and maintain a safe environment.

· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as relevant laws and industry standards governing security operations.

Qualifications:

· Valid SIA Security Officer/Door Supervisor Licence.

· Previous experience is essential.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

· Physical fitness and stamina to stand and patrol for extended periods.

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence.

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
