We are currently recruiting for HEAD SIA Door Supervisor to manage our large security team within of our venues located across London. I will require this position to have experience within the Security Industry to lead and manage a security team within the night-time economy, along with having a strong relationship with management from both, the company and the client onsite. Must be confident within speaking to guests, as this is very much key for the role.

Hours will be approx. 40 + hours (depending on operations hours for that venue).
Opportunities for shifts 7 days a week FULLTIME contracts also available.

This is very much a customer service role due to the venue, in a very relaxed environment to work in. Other venues will be offered if this venue is not open on a particular day of the week to help build up weekly hours.

Due to COVID-19, the first interviews will be completed by remote process (FaceTime, WhatsApp Video), with a second stage interview being held face to face at a location agreed- keeping to government guidance.

The ideal candidate:
  • MUST be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience within the Industry (Min of 3 years).
  • Experience within an HD Role, dealing and supervisor DS Staff.
  • Be well presented and smart.
  • Must have physical presence & be well presented.
  • Be able to communicate well with others and work as part of a team.
  • Must hold a Valid SIA Door Supervisor License.
  • Able to speak fluent English.
  • Previous experience is required in BARS PUBS & CLUBS.
  • Being able to lead the team on a shift-to-shift basis.
  • Being able to ensure the necessary paperwork is completed on each shift.

Documentation that must be provided by the applicant upon request:
  • SIA Licence(s) DS or CP levels.
  • Passport or full birth certificate.
  • Visa (if relevant).
  • Bank Statements with the account number, sort code, and address.
  • Proof of address (such as a utility bill).
  • Proof of National Insurance Number.
