This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to learn new skills and become fully trained as a Showroom Assistant, no experience is necessary, but you would need to feel comfortable dealing with the public and using basic computer software.

WORKINNG HOURS

- Saturday 10.00am to 3.00pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

First point of contact for clients over email, telephone and the showroom.

Meet and greet all visitors to the showroom.

Communicate confidently to new clients about our product information

Create quotes for new clients.

Assist showroom management in their administrative tasks

General house keeping

Perform any other duties that may be deemed necessary to ensure the effective running of the Trade Counter and company.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Reliable and motivated

Friendly with a good telephone manner and customer focused

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Time management

Good computer skills

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: Up to £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Every weekend
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lichfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Showroom sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
