We’re looking for a talented and energetic Shop Supervisor in Wells. Our client, an award-winning British coffee chain, would like to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of providing fantastic leadership in a retail setting.This is a full-time permanent role. You would play a key role in leading the team in producing amazing coffee and ensuring the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered. Working closely with the Shop Manager you will ensure all customers have a great experience in your shop and that they feel special and valued by every member of the team.Shifts will include weekdays and/or weekends, so whether you’re studying, have hobbies or commitments, rotas are available in advance for you to enjoy your days off.
