Are you people focused, excellent communicator with real flair and a passion to succeed? If so, then this could be the role for you!

As a Shop Manager you will be running the Wokingham retail unit, which will require strong organisational and customer service skills. You will have the autonomy to decide how your team promotes goods and how the shop looks. You will be trusted to manage a team of volunteers, so ideally you will have previous experience in managing teams effectively in a retail or charity sectors.

You will be commercially focused, have a passion to outperform the competition, and aim to give great customer experience that will keep them coming back for more! Experience of developing and implementing plans to maximise sales potential and good IT skills are going to help you achieve your shop’s objectives.

This is a fixed-term (12-months), part-time role for 30 hours per week. In return we can offer you a salary of £19,306.40 - £20,836 per annum.

This shop is open Monday to Saturday 09:00am – 16:30pm. Flexibility is required as working patterns will change regularly, subject to the needs of the business and the levels of staff and volunteers available to work.
