We now have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and motivated individual to join the team at our Filton shop (148 Gloucester Rd North, BS34 7BQ) as Shop Manager. This position is part time, working 30 hours per week, 4 days in 7 (this includes Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays). If you have excellent leadership, customer service and interpersonal skills, who is inspired to face the challenges of charity retailing; then we want to hear from you!

Actual salary: £15,172 up to £16,690 per annum depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package which includes 27 days holiday FTE (plus Bank Holidays) and a pension scheme.

It is essential that you have proven managerial experience in retail (charity sector experience is not essential) and that you know how to get the best from the shop and your team. This includes coaching and managing staff and volunteers, as well having the ability to achieve sales and targets.
