SPAR Helston Store

Our SPAR convenience stores are more than just a local shop and as a member of our team, you will have a really important role to play in delighting our customers and positively contributing to the running of our business.

We are recruiting for flexible team members at our SPAR Helston Store, on a part-time contract to cover various shifts including morning, afternoon and evenings.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensure that our customers find everything they need. When not busy serving our customers you will be required to make sure the store always looks its best, and support with deliveries to replenish stock.

You will be required to comply with all legislative requirements as well as all Company policies, procedures and processes. This will include health and safety, food handling and age restricted sales.

Applicant Requirements

The successful candidate will be flexible, enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team. A retail background is advantageous, however full training can be given.
