Pro Shop Assistant
Playgolf Bournemouth are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic customer focused person to join there ever expanding team.

As a pro shop assistant you will need to be ...

1. Presentable and well mannered

2. Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

3. Be able to engage with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems.Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction.

4. Collect payments from customers.Process customer bills or payments

5. answer telephone enquiries giving accurate information on prices - packages for groups and individuals

6. Be proactive in fault finding to ensure all golf operations run smoothly

7. Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, taking out trash, or checking and cleaning bathroom

8. Go above and beyond to ensure we have the highest customer service levels

9. Be able to use computers and till systems so that golf competition run smoothly and payments can be taken

10. An exciting opportunity to join the team working with Might Claws Adventure golf Bournemouth latest attractions and largest crazy golf in the country
