Job Title:Shipping Coordinator
Salary:Negotiable DOE
Working Hours:9am – 5pm
Reporting to:General Manager
Location:Coatbridge

Constantine is a leading international art logistics company for private collectors, museums and galleries. With over 130 years’ experience and worldwide recognition in fine art transportation, Constantine combines their unrivalled knowledge and expertise with latest technical innovation in secure storage and project management.
We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator with 1-3 years shipping experience to join us.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipments both domestically and internationally
  • Carry out the accurate and efficient completion of shipping documentation for imports and exports by air, road and sea freight.
  • Communicate directly with in-house technicians, suppliers, airlines, customs teams and foreign agents to coordinate shipments.
  • Provide a high level of service, keeping clients updated at every stage of the shipping process, delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • Work closely with other team members on larger scale projects.

Requirements:

  • IT competence especially with Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organisation and diary management skills
  • Sales or business development experience is advantageous
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Knowledge of import and export procedures across air, sea and road freight
