What Your Responsibilities May Include

The basis of the Supervisor Position includes all elements of a Front of House Team Member role including but not limited too; setting up the venue for service and closing down at the end of a shift, welcoming guests, serving food and drink, high levels of menu and product knowledge, basic levels of cleaning and accurately taking orders.

In addition, supervisors will be responsible for running their own shifts - looking after their team, delegating roles, cashing up/opening up.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Good communications skills
  • Experience of working in a similar industry such as food service, catering or hospitality
  • Previous food handling experience
  • Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in cash handling

Desirable

  • Coffee and cocktail making knowledge
  • Food allergen awareness and understanding
  • Social Media Management
