What you’ll do?

  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating and mentoring staff.
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs.
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.
  • Be a leading example of professional behaviour and high performance.

Requirements

  • Proven successful experience in Retail Management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexible approach and a team player with a positive can-do, no-nonsense approach.
