This is achieved by ensuring that they are receiving the best possible service, from you and the team. You`ll also have a big part to play in maintaining our high standards of CQSMA, by ensuring, at all times, that the pub is in tip-top condition.You must ensure that the bar, kitchen, cellar, toilets, front and back of house are cleaned and maintained in accordance with Company guidelines and maintained throughout the day , adopting the Company`s Clean As You Go (CAYG) philosophyOf course, there`s a great deal more that you`ll be expected to do, such as supervising and supporting the team, dealing with office administration, assisting in controlling stock and receiving deliveries, among many other things.
