Our client is a leading manufacturing business, supplying some of the largest retailers across the world. They have been pioneering some of the most used best practices for more than 50 years. Due to a promotion within the department, they’re hiring for an Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

Shift Engineer – The Details

  • Salary £50,000
  • Shift 4 on 4 off

Shift Engineer – Responsibilities

  • The continuous improvement of the site
  • Accountable for assigned jobs
  • Ensure the highest standards within Safety, Quality, Hygiene and Environmental
  • Providing knowledge, experience and support to install, maintain and repair production equipment
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules
  • Carrying out reactive maintenance as required
  • Identifying and implementing improvements on equipment
  • Maintaining appropriate computerised and manual records and liaise with various department personnel / suppliers and customers

Shift Engineer – Requirements

  • Previous Food/Drink/Pharmaceutical experience
  • HND/HNC Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong H&S knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £49,999.00-£50,000.00 per year
