Award winning Springfield Group are recruiting for a reliable and organised SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality) Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is based in our Larbert office.

The successful candidate will provide a professional support service to the Group SHEQ Director and the Quality, Environment & Sustainability Manager and team. Duties will include but are not limited to; the design and preparation of SHEQ management reports, day to day administration support and diary management, coordination of various SHEQ related campaigns/spotlights across the Group and designing and preparing performance dashboard reports for implementation onto SharePoint.

The role also involves assisting in the preparation of management review reports in accordance with our requirements under ISO 9001 and 14001 and organising management review meetings, creating and documenting overall SHEQ processes for inclusion into our Quality Management System, and assisting in the preparation of achieving and maintaining recognised ISO 45001 standard.

You will be a dynamic thinker with a very strong work ethic and exceptional administration, communication and organisational skills. Experience of working within a housebuilding/construction environment and experience of working in a multi-site business is desirable. Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience of SharePoint is advantageous.
