The Post

An opportunity to join our vibrant and growing Land Based team. Your role will be to work collaboratively within our agricultural department to deliver outstanding learning experiences to our students. Teaching is based at our dedicatedland-based campus at Easton College in the village of Easton, close to Norwich and main transport routes of the A47 and A11.

Specifically, we require a part-time lecturer who is passionate about the Agriculture Industry in Norfolk who can bring their industry expertise and experience to train and inspire the next generation. In particular we are looking for individuals with knowledge and expertise of arable farming and/or plant soil sciences.

If you have experience within these areas, are highly motivated and passionate about supporting others to develop, we’d love to hear from you. You should be a confident communicator who is people-focused and able to build relationships quickly. Experience of training and/or a teaching qualification would be an asset of course but equally we are more than happy to work with the successful applicants to train and develop the necessary skills in these areas.
