Oakley Health Group provides care to 29,250 patients across three sites in Yateley/Blackwater, Hampshire. We are looking to grow our team to meet increasing demand.

As a one-practice PCN, we have an integrated, co-located support team of ARRS roles and a range of Specialist HCP’s including Orthopaedic Practitioners and a Mental Health & Wellbeing team. Everyone uses EMIS making communication and wrap-around care easier.

We offer a friendly. supportive and innovative environment for GPs to practice safely and effectively, with a manageable and sustainable workload. Support includes a Workflow Team, processing all incoming documents and a Home Visiting Team. Our size allows flexibility in accommodating areas of particular clinical interest. We are a training practice, supporting a wide variety of GP Trainees.

Our GPs retain a personal list, as we believe continuity of care is important, whilst benefiting from the additional resources available when operating at scale.

We are happy to take applications from GP Trainees, subject to successful attainment of a CCT this year and also from candidates needing Tier 2 Visa Sponsorship.
