ServiceNow - Consultant (Home Based, Nationwide) My client is a rapidly growing IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultancy who are looking for a Consultant with an excellent understanding of ITIL and ITSM within a ServiceNow environment. You will liaise with clients and run workshops to capture process flows, prior to Analysing, Designing and Documenting ITSM processes and liaising with Implementation Teams. Responsibilities: Provide guidance on the implementation of Service Management Conduct Process workshops to define ITIL “to be” processes Understand and capture the client’s requirements Provide advice and guidance on ITIL best practice Develop strong client relationships Provide advice on ITSM best practice Define implementation approach Requirements: 4+ years proven experience of ServiceNow Understanding of ITSM applications Understanding of ITIL Experience of running process workshops Experience of working with external clients Good verbal and written English This is a key role for the company where the ideal candidate can bring their experience and energy to make an immediate impact and is an ideal role for an ambitious person who enjoys a little more autonomy. This client facing role requires a professional demeanor in terms of attitude and would suit someone with an outgoing and open personality who build effective client relationships. The role is home based with occasional visits to client sites with all travel expensed.
