Comtherm Ltd is a company specialising in the design, fabrication & installation of combustion equipment. We are now looking to employ an additional Service/Commissioning Engineer on a full-time basis to join our team.

The applicant will be based at our assembly shop in Droitwich where they will be carrying out test-firing of completed burners before they are sent to customers and helping with the wiring of burner components. This applicant may be required to travel (internationally), therefore will need to hold a full UK driving licence and passport.

Preferably, the candidate will have the following gas safe qualifications: COCN1, CDGA1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CONGLPIPD, TPCPIA, TPCPI, as well as electrical/industrial process application knowledge - these are not an essential requirement. Previous experience working on Comtherm burners and other manufactured burners such as Maxon, Riello Eclipse and Lanemark would be ideal but not essential for this role.

The successful candidate must be highly motivated with the ability to work as an individual or as part of a team, work to deadlines, and understand the need for excellent customer satisfaction. As the face of the Company, the applicant must be approachable and have the ability to communicate with the customers on a professional level at all times. This hardworking individual will be punctual, efficient and show strong communication skills to adhere to company protocols.
