We are currently looking to recruit a Service Team Managerat Lloyd Land Rover, Ripon.

To lead the front of house Service team to ensure we deliver a consistent high level of customer satisfaction maintaining a high Star rating, high overall customer satisfaction and scores while achieving financial objectives.

As a Service Team Manager your duties will include:

  • Working closely with the Aftersales Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Service department.
  • Manage the front of house service department by leading and motivating the team that represents the dealership and brand in a positive manner.
  • To engage fully in the aims of the department and any training/coaching.
  • Organise and Communicate bookings issuing duties and area of focus dependant on workshop utilisation.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to ensure optimum workshop loading for productivity and efficiency and ensuring that the planning of the next day is done with the Service Team and the Workshop Controller as necessary.

An ideal Service Team Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • Experience managing a team is desirable.
  • Motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service department.
  • Customer relations experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
  • Previous experience working within a Service Team is essential.

Salary: £30,000 Basic Per Annum and between £40,000 OTE Per Annum

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.00am-6.00pm
