Service Support Co-ordinator

Witney

£21,000 - £25,000

FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED on the organisations managed services, administration processes and reports.

This position will suit you if you’re an enthusiastic and self-motivated person who has the desire to learn and develop technical skills.

In this role you’ll become part of the organisations’ first line support, managing, and resolving incidents in all aspects of communication and IT. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers providing “First touch” fixes such as password resets, minor programming, deployment of new users etc.

What do you need?

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • 1 year + in a customer facing role, either face to face or remotely.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in a technical role. (with a managed service provider is advantageous).
