Job Description

The main function of this role is to provide administrative support to various departments within this busy organisation. You must have previous experience of working within an office administration role, along with excellent customer service skills as you will be required to liaise with customers and colleagues on a regular basis. Duties include: Supporting the Service Operations with general administration work Ensure all paperwork is filed and maintained correctly, in a timely manner Compile customer KPI reports and distribute weekly reports to major customers Update service schedule charts Act as the first-line contact for customer calls, updating the IT platform and communicating with the Service team Distribute service repairs to Engineers or Sub-contractors as required, utilizing best practices Maintain control of Engineer work in progress focusing on servicing, breakdowns and following up on chargeable work maximising revenue Assist in preparing and pursuing estimates and coordinating follow up work with Engineers & Customers Arrange hire contracts, ensuring all charges and costs are correctly accounted for and invoiced accordingly Prepare purchase order numbers Support quality assurance checklists, recording PDI’s for equipment outsourced, and collating all documentation Provide support in all transport activities Key Requirements: Proficient in general IT skills including Word and Excel Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail Flexible, can-do attitude * Ability to work within timescales and to meet deadlines This is a great opportunity to join a successful, well-established company in Dewsbury.
