We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Station Manager who can communicate fluently in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, and English. As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service station and convenience store while serving our multi-lingual customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the service station and convenience store.
  • Manage and lead a team of service station attendants and store staff.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Monitor fuel station equipment and coordinate maintenance as required.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Handle financial transactions, including cash management and reporting.
  • Multilingual proficiency (Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, and English) to interact with a diverse customer base.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail management or related field is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, and English.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of fuel station operations is advantageous.

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
