We are looking to recruit an experienced sales manager for our service and repair department in Newcastle under Lyme. The role is to promote and sell our range of lift repairs to existing customers and lift services to new customers (75/25% split). We offer lift maintenance, lift repairs and new lifts into end clients, FM companies, contractors and architects. We need an experienced sales manager to sell these range of products and services. You must have experience in sales management (business to business) and would ideally have experience of the lift industry or similar sectors. You would ideally need a good technical background and be able to solve problems. 1) Business to Business Sales Management Experience 2) Lift Industry or Similar Experience (engineering or mechanical) 3) Excellent Customer Service Skills 4) Good IT Skills, including Microsoft Packages and CRM 5) Self Motivating with Good Problem Solving 6) Good Initiative 7) Winning Mentality for Success 8) Excellent Customer Service Hi-Tec Lifts have been established for 30 years and are currently growing and developing as a business.
