Job Title: Service Owner - ERP HR/Payroll
Location: Flexible on location with agile/hybrid working

Kier IT are currently recruiting for a Service Owner - ERP HR/Payroll to ensure ERP Payroll IT services are business centric and offer the greatest possible value to Kier.

Key Responsibilities

In this Service Owner - ERP HR/Payroll role, you’ll partner with the business to develop a service delivery model enable value maximisation through ERP HR/Payroll IT services. You’ll also provide service support to internal and external stakeholders and assist with business forecasting/planning to ensure that IT components are fully understood and budgeted. This role will involve managing lifecycle changes and supporting our outsourced BAU team to resolve ERP HR/Payroll incidents to drive service performance improvements.

What are we looking for?

A business focused, service-driven individual with an ability to understand and anticipate the needs of IT service consumers. You’ll have previous experience of working in an integrated service environment from a large organisation with a multi-vendor landscape. An ability to budget, track and allocate costs to align spending with strategic objectives and improve cost transparency for Heads of IT and experience within industry service management standards, including ITIL and SIAM.
